Het FireLaser thermisch glasvezelkabelsysteem is een zeer hoogwaardig thermisch detectiesysteem dat gebruik maakt van een volledig gesloten glasvezelkabel met dubbele 􀃶ber. De kabel wordt aangesloten op een 19” stuureenheid welke periodiek de temperatuur van de aangesloten kabel opvraagt en deze vergelijkt met eerdere metingen. Zo kan een ontwikkelende brand op basis van de temperatuurstijging in een vroegtijdig stadium worden waargenomen. Naast deze thermodifferentiaalmeting beschikt het systeem tevens over een maximaalmeting waarmee het systeem ook bij een zeer langzame temperatuurstijging een alarm zal genereren bij het overschrijden van de maximaal toegestane temperatuur. Tevens kan het systeem een alarm genereren wanneer een deel van de kabel een temperatuur heeft die te veel afwijkt van de gemiddelde temperatuur van de aangesloten kabel in die detectiezone Doordat het systeem met een nauwkeurigheid van 0,1°C vrij programmeerbaar is en beschikt over diverse logfuncties, kan het geheel afgestemd worden aan de omgevingsvariabelen van de te bewaken ruimte(s). Het FireLaser thermisch kabelsysteem beschikt over een door VdS afgegeven EN54-22 certi􀃶caat G216015 en is daardoor probleemloos inzetbaar in gecerti􀃶ceerde brandmeldinstallaties. De FireLaser stuureenheid is beschikbaar in verschillende uitvoeringen met twee of vier kabelaansluitingen. Op iedere aansluiting kan, afhankelijk van de versie van de stuureenheid, maximaal 2, 5 of 10 kilometer kabel aangesloten worden. Wanneer een kabel aan twee zijden op de stuureenheid aangesloten wordt, dan wordt een redundante lus bereikt, waardoor het mogelijk is om de stuureenheid verschillende detectiezones te laten bewaken (zogenaamde kabelredundantie). Wanneer een kabel verbonden wordt met twee stuureenheden, dan wordt een volledige systeemredundantie bereikt. Controller voor het aansluiten en uitlezen van maximaal 4 x 10.000 meter glasvezelkabel als steekleiding of 2 x 10.000 meter als redundante ringlus. Voorzien van 44 programmeerbare alarmrelais en een 6-tal storingsrelais (algemene storing, laserstoring en 4 kabelstoringen, 1 per aansluiting). Differentiaal– en maximaaltemperatuurmeting en alarmering. Meetresolutie 0,1°C. Gecerti􀃶ceerd volgens EN54-22, klasse A1N, A2N en BN. De controller is voorzien van een ingebouwd touchscreen display waarop de status van de installatie zichtbaar is en waarmee de installatie te programmeren is. Het programmeren is ook mogelijk via de meegeleverde FireLaser-software. De controller is geschikt voor het plaatsen in een 19” kast. Aansluitspanning 24Vdc. Opgenomen vermogen 20W (gemiddeld). Afmetingen 3U 131x431x384 mm (hxbxd). Beschermingsklasse IP40.

It combines memory safety and concurrency to create an independent, modular, and embeddable rendering engine that adheres to web standards. Stewardship of Servo moved from Mozilla Research to the Linux Foundation in 2020, where its mission remains unchanged. After some slow years, in 2023 there has been renewed activity on the project, with a roadmap now focused on improving the engine’s CSS 2 conformance, exploring Android support, and making Servo a practical embeddable rendering engine.
