5. MACHINING
Atlandes have well equipped
machines hop with CNC and
Conventional machines, Our
machines ranges from CNC
turning centers, CNC Vertical
machining centers, Conventional
lathes, Milling machines, radial
drilling machines, Grinding
machines, ARC and TIG welding
machines, etc.
 Pump shafts, manufacture for various
vertical and horizontal pumps for major
OEM’s, from materials ranging from
SS316,410,Duplex, Super Duplex, Monel
K500 etc. We do manufacture shafts up
to 4mts long.
 Vacuum Pump Rotor, fully
manufactured from Aluminum Bronze,
with shaft of 410 SS material,
ATLANDES do have fully reverse
engineering capability, well equipped
lab with all material analyzing and
testing machines.

 Connecting rod, various types used for
automobile industry, refrigeration
industry etc. with different class of
material from carbon steel grades to
super duplex grades.
 Rollers forged from SAE 4340 harden
and tempered, used for conveyor
system sizes varies from 125 mm to350
mm.
 Forged valves seats from 410ss
materials forging is a process
reduce mass manufacturing costs,
form as production with superior
quality of grain in distribution
compared to rolled bars.
 Forged flanges from A105,ss316,AISI
4130 & Titanium materials as per ANSI
and API Specification with full heat
treatment. Sizes ranged from ½” to 12”.

7. CASTING
ATLANDES have vast casting
experience mostly with all kind
of special alloys, along with
stainless steel, duplex, super
duplex and carbon steel casting
used in various engineering
industry. We do manufacture
various valve blanks in all kind
of materials for different
OEM’s, our casting capacity of
single piece weight up to 800
kg.
 90 degree choke valve body, casted from
Stainless Steel grade material, manufactured
for SEVERN GLOCON valves. Material
ranges from Carbon steel to super duplex
steel, sizes varies from 2”to6”, pressure rating
from class 150 to class 1500.
 3-1/8” valve body from AISI 4130,70K,carbon
steel material manufactured for European
Client, Sizes varies from1-9/16” to3-1/8” up to
5000 psi pressure rating.
 5”class 600,non return valve body,
manufactured from Duplex steel,
Manufactured for SEVERN GLOCON valves,
Sizes varies from1” to8”, pressure rating
varies from Class 150 to Class 1500.
 Casted pump bowls from super duplex
material, Manufactured for various OEM’s.
Material ranging from WCB, 316Stainless
Steel, Duplex and Super Duplex for various
sea water and fresh water applications.

8. SERVICES
Atlandes offer wide range
of refurbishment and
service for various
equipments such as pumps,
gear boxes, blowers or any
kind of assembled
equipments. We have
extensive repairing
experience in servicing and
refurbishment sides.
 Machining of multi stage pump
casing, enlarging impellers at in
locations after weld repairs with a
custom made machine for the
purpose.
 Blower assembly complete
refurbishment, shafts are reclaimed,
times wheel manufactured, dynamic
balanced the rotors and build to
assembly.
 Refurbished and certified heavy duty
tongs, complete weld repairs carried
out on all damaged areas and
reclaim, complete spins are
manufactured from new, jaw pieces
are renewed, complete NDT
inspection carried out.
 Special Purpose tools manufactured
for gas turbine repairs, complete
range of tooling's and designs.

9. API PRODUCTS
 ATLANDES, holds API 6A and 16 A licenses. We do manufactures various
high quality items used in Oil and Gas industry. We do have extensive
experience in design and manufacturing of various products which
required API Monogram.
 4-1/16”10k, API6A, flange prior to delivery, Flanges we manufacture ranges
from2-1/16, 2Kto21-1/4”10k, manufactured from AISI 4130 material with
75ksi yield strength, with or without SS, Inconel inlayed ring grooves
 Various flanged adapters with WECO ends, we do manufacture Flanged
by weco, Weco by Weco, Hubby Weco, Hubby flange, etc, any kind of
custom made adapters as per clients requirements which stay
inwithAPI6A,16Aspecs.

10.  Various studded blocks as per API 16A specs, ranges from
2-1/16”5k to 7-1/16” 10K, Double Studded Adapters to 0
are available as per customer requirements with carried
API monogram.
 Special purpose elbows as per API 6Aspec manufactured
from AISI4130 steel. Sizes ranges from2” to 6”, both target
and plain elbows, manufactured in 90* degree or 45*
degree angles, as per client requirements.
