• People resourcing
• Employee reward
• Learning and development
• Equality
• Ethics

Equality issue. Or (as basis of conflict) employment relations.
Sub issues:
• Organisations usually don’t deliberately
discriminate against women. So how do
discriminatory practices take shape?
• What processes are involved?
• What theories are involved?
• What legal issues may be involved?
• Is there HR best practice advice on this?
