A certified general contractor in the state of Florida, Scott Buescher has been building award-winning homes for more than 35 years. As chief operating officer of Mercedes Homes, LLC, he established new market presence and developed business plans for newly created divisions, in addition to negotiating acquisitions through a special assets committee. At the peak of operations, Mercedes Homes was the nation’s 15th largest homebuilder and the second largest private builder, constructing 5700 units and generating more than $1.7 billion in annual revenue. Scott Buescher joined the Florida firm in 1983.
