To Whom It May Concern:
The purpose of this letter is to provide a character reference for Mr. Scott Lambertus
whom I have known as a co-worker and friend for a period of five years.
I first met Scott while working for Solomon Financial Mortgage in Irvine California; we
were both working as loan officers. Not long after we started working together, we
became friends outside of work and have remained friends ever since.
Accordingly, having gotten to know Scott so well over the past few years, I believe puts
me in a position to provide you with a pretty accurate assessment of his character.
As a co-worker, Scott was a hard-working and dedicated to his job. He was always fair,
honest and reliable with not only his clients but also with the appraisers and escrow
agents he relied on.
As a friend, Scott Lambertus is a second to none. He is a loyal, honest, considerate, and
supportive individual who has the ability to see and understand things from another
person's perspective. He is a great communicator and knows how to raise and discuss
common issues (and problems) in a non-threatening manner. He is sensitive and is
always tuned into how another person might quot;feelquot; in a given situation.
To tell the truth, I really can't think of anything negative when it comes to Scott. All in all,
I would have to say that Scott Lambertus is a fine, well-balanced person with an
abundance of positive qualities.
