1. Worked with Shree Ram Colloids Private Limited (Group Company of
Shree Ram gum chemicals) at Jodhpur as Manager from April, 2013 to July, 2015 with
following job profile.
 Internal supervision and checking of Books of account, Reconciliation,
Prepare details of cash in-flow and out-flow along with summary of monthly Income &
Expenses and other data of key area of the company and its related group companies;
 Prepare & submit information to Bank (Monthly stock statement, Loan
position etc.);
 Finalization of accounts and prepare Financial statements for the
company and its related group companies (Monthly and Yearly);
 Prepare statement for related party transactions for Transfer pricing.
Review of notices; receive from Departments, arranging all necessary documents for
Scrutiny cases.
 Review Books of Directors, Prepare their Computation of income;
 Checking application and documents for renewal/new registration of
food certificates/licenses (FSSAI, HALAL, SHEFEXIL, APEDA, Moody-ISO
9001:2008 etc.) and Trade mark registration of company.
2. Worked with Mukta Arts Limited, Mumbai, as Assistant Manager (Finance
& Accounts) from January, 2011 to March, 2013 with following job profile.
 Overall responsible for Account function of the Group, checking of
recorded day to day transaction in books, Reconciliation and MIS report containing key
details of cash in-flow and out-flow.
 Prepare and submit returns; Income tax, TDS (Including Salary and
Vendors), Service tax and other statutory compliance (Including MCA) applicable to
the company and their subsidiary companies.
 Prepare statement for disbursement of Salary including ESI, PF, Prof.
Tax and remittance of salary to employees and remittance contributions to government
account.
 Assist in Finalization of account and prepare financial statement
including cash flow for the company and its subsidiaries’ (Quarterly, half-yearly and
yearly) for audit & other various purpose and making of 3CD report (draft).
 Assisting consultant in Income Tax matter and Scrutiny cases.
3. Worked with Mehta Singhvi & Associates, Chartered Accountants, as Senior
Executive from April, 2007 to November, 2010 with following job profile.
 Books – keeping for various clients (in Tally ERP).
 Finalization of Accounts and prepare Financials statement, Computation of tax for
Individual, Partnership Firm and Corporate bodies.
 Prepare & submit returns (e-TDS, Service Tax and Income Tax) for all type of Assessee
 Have handled Audits (Statutory, Internal, Tax and Stock) of various corporate and
Partnership firms – Checking, Vouching, Ledger Scrutiny, Calculation of
TDS/VAT/Service Tax/Interest on bank OD/other loan, Income tax assessment order
