About Us: Global Green Energy LLC (USA) operating in India as Chandram Solar
Power Pvt Ltd is Solar Power Developer & EPC provider for Solar Power projects. Our
founder and promoter have been involved in Solar Power project since pre “National
Solar Mission” days and have worked as the team behind India’s first few successfully 1
MW commissioned projects under IREDA “RPSGP” Scheme. Our team has rich and
quality experience in Solar project designing, procurement to site installation and now we
have developed concept of Mini Solar Park catering to ever growing demand of MW size
Solar Power projects by investors interested to diversifying into growing and booming
renewable energy particularly Solar power sector.
Our Mini Solar Park:
We are developing mini solar parks* each of 25 mw capacity in Rajasthan, M.P, Andhra
Pradesh and Tamil Nadu. The concept is to maximize generation benefit as well as
reduce common infrastructure cost of small developers by providing them common pool
facility to evacuate power at 132 kv sub station of State Utility (thus ensuring firm supply
of power to grid) and plug and play one stop solution for hassle free investment in Solar
Power.
Our Team: Our core expert team consist of Massachusetts Institute of Technology
(USA),IIT’ians (Kanpur, Mumbai) , Financial expert from New York,USA, and field
team consist of Industry veterans and ex- electricity retired chief engineers and experts.

Our Services: We provide complete turn key services include concept to
commissioning of Solar Power project right from filing application with State Nodal
agency to approval and signing of PPA to assistance in financial closure with financial
institution for project finance, accreditation registration for REC to assistance in first sale
of REC. Our additional scope also includes long-term Operation & Maintenance
agreement along with performance ratio cum generation guarantee.
 Screening of document and checking eligibility criteria
 Furnishing details and finalizing draft application for State Nodal Agency and
further approval
 Follow up with Nodal agency and other department for
 Request for land conversion under developer name.
 Assistance in signing of PPA with State Discoms
 Applying for power evacuation with State Utility
 Assistance with approaching financing Institutions for project finance
 Filing for REC accreditation with State Nodal agency and NLDC
 Registration of REC project with REC registry of India
 Sale of REC through exchange

SCOPE OF INSTALLATION & COMMISSIONING
1. Electrical Works:
Interconnection of Solar PV Modules on module mounting structure
Cabling from module array to array junction box (AJB)
Cabling from AJB to main junction box (MJB)
Cabling from MJB to Inverters
Cabling from inverter to LT panel
Cabling from transformer to HT panel/switchyard
Control room wiring and cabling of air conditioners
Installation & commissioning of standalone solar PV system for the plant
Grid evacuation
2. Civil works related to I & C :
Erection and fixing of module mounting structure (including mounting legs)
Fixing the module on module mounting structure
Laying of cable trenches in the field
Laying the cables in the Inverter control room

4) OPERATION & MAINTENANCE OF THE PLANT:
Solar PV Modules maintenance – water cleaning
Electrical maintenance of the Inverters/SCADA system.

DELIVERABLES
Solar radiation resource assessment to analyze the power potential, annual Generation &
viability of the project, Comprehensive technology comparative analysis Detailed
Engineering Drawings, map layouts, system design. Local monitoring teams to carry out
complete Construction-Erection- Commissioning supervision services and carries out
operation & Maintenance of The plant based on guaranteed generation based model.
Performance ratio guarantee shall be given to the client based on the Simulation
results and in case of failure to meet it, client shall have right to levy penalties of
equivalent amount to be adjusted toward annual Operation & Maintenance Agreement.
Operation & Maintenance Contract shall be signed separately. The details and scope for
O&M will be covered in that contract.
Service Fee: Fix Fee INR _______________ + 1.5 % towards debt syndication fee
for LC funding
5 Lacs Advance with issuance of exclusive mandate and work order for EPMC We have
milestone based payment schedule.

RELEVANT GOVERNMENTAPPROVALS TO BE OBTAINED
1. Consent to Establish from PCB (all the required documents to be provided by the
client)
2. Accreditation of REC project with State Nodal Agency.
3. MNRE exemption certificate for Custom & Excise Duty.
4. Registration of project with NLDC.
5. CEIG approval of the project.
6. Connectivity approval from discom /
7. Commissioning report & certificate from state government.
8. Signing of PPA with Industry / discom.
9. Clearance under Section 68 of Electricity Act, 2003 for Transmission line.
Apart from those mentioned above approvals and sanctions, there are activities which
need to be done directly by the “client” such as:
1. Sales tax registration and other related tax registrations
2. Road permits for delivery of material.
