We here at GetDone provide you an assistant who
can do your work at affordable rates.

GetDone was established in the year
2016. We provide personal assistant on
demand to our customers. A personal
assistant does lot of tasks at a affordable
price.
Market Overview
In modern day busy and tedious life, we may not
complete many of our tasks due to time constraint and
many others tasks due to laziness etc. So all these
people will look for a helper who can do these tasks for
them. There is a huge potential for this idea in the
present day world.
Target Customers
In its initial phase, GetDone will
target customers belonging Urban
working class and college going
students.
Goal
GetDone’s goal is to expand its services to entire Delhi
- NCR region in one year. Minimum number of service
requests to be 100-150 which should be reached within
six months. Net revenue to reach 30 Lakhs per annum
by the end of first year.
Target Market
 There is a huge potential in this idea which when
implemented properly will create a huge impact.
 Customers look for affordable, trust- worthy and fast
service.
 Customers will look for a service which is runs 24/7
just in case of any emergency etc.

 We will mainly target Urban working class and
College going students in phase I.
 The reason for this is these are the class of people
who are busy(sometimes lazy) and have no
alternatives. More importantly these people can
afford this service at the same time.

 We will need to collaborate with Trade Union
Organizations and we have to identify and
collaborate with other organizations which provide
workers on demand like online maid service etc.

(Minimum* Service charge of Rs 50) + (Standard
travelling charge incurred during service 10rs/Km)
*If the task takes less than an hour.(Excluding travel
time)
For every 0.5hr more than an hour Rs 40 will be
charged.

 For a new customer, no service charge for first
time use and third time.
 Goodies for regular customers.
 Occasional and seasonal discounts for all
customers.

 5%* bonus for all company personnel +
collaborators if company reaches the specified net
income goal. (*Subject to change as per revenue) +
