Tamilnadu, India
 We are currently doing 100% Cotton, Cotton Blends, Cotton Spandex
Blends, Mercerized Cotton, 100% Polyester and Man Made fibers, 100%
Organic cotton, Bamboo, Modal, Tencel, denim fabrics in knits for kids
and baby wears, children's wear, Ladies and Men's Products Like polo
shirts, T Shirts, Night wear, Sports wear, Tank tops, Pajama, Sweat shirts,
Hoodies ( Pullover ), Rompers etc

order requirements of the customer

of the company in field of the knit wears and woven garments. Since our
company furnished with the knowledge field of garments manufacturing
and exports , we are able to offer with you high quality products and
communication and etc to achieve our goal for the world satisfaction
 Our company looks small but we will give you best quality and time
delivery and we doing minimum quantities and in a reasonable prices ,
we well know how quote price in this competitive markets, on our view
the price quote is not a big deal but our main ambition is 100%

4.  We have started the business 2011, but we have lot of experience in this
apparel field from the past 20 years, we have worked bottom level to
senior level of almost all the areas like sampling, approval from the
buyers, fabrics knitting, dyeing, fabrics finishing, production, quality
assurance, merchandising and marketing, those past experience helped us
to success this business
 Currently we have 30-50 workers and factory is in3500sqtmr, we have
the production capacity of 25000 to 40000 basic t shirts per month, we
can do all fashionable garments and value added garments such as cut
and sew in nice different shapes, heavy and different printing, different
embroideries, hand work, sequins, beads, rhinestones etc …

5.  We have sound knowledge in the fabrication on how to made the fabrics with
good feeling and to meet all testing standards and required parameters. We have
good source on all type of knitting and dyeing and fabric finishing, you may test
our fabrics any third party lab like MTL,SGS,ITS, etc to confirm that the fabric met
all your requirements

6.  We have separate team for the development samples and new customer samples,
we will make quick samples with the required things and our aim is to get
approved on the samples in first or maximum second time, we have procedure on
all orders approvals like a T & A is as below

7.  Proto (fit) samples in similar fabrics – within 2 days from the tech pack
received
 Lab dips of all colors fabrics – within 3 days from the colors pallet
received
 Fabric quality approval– within 5 days from the from the lab dips
approval
 Print embroidery strike offs fabrics – within 7 days from the artwork
received
 Labels, tags and trims – within 7 days from the artwork received
 Fabrics testing - Test report will be enclosed with PP samples
 Pre production samples – In actual fabrics, artwork, labels – before start
the bulk production3 days from the all the approvals completed
 Shipment samples – with actual bulk packaging – 10 days before the
shipments

8.  We have excellent quality system to improve and maintain in all areas. Quality is
our mind. We never compromise in quality. We have well trained quality persons
to do the checking and auditing in all the areas.
 We are maintaining the quality reports in all the areas like, Samples, Fabrics,
Trims, Sewing and packing. We monitor daily production by making in line
inspections and will take a quick corrective actions on all points noted in the
reports.
 We have personally do pre-finals before the shipment or to give the inspection to
any third party. We have a great confidence in our quality and we assure you to
make 100% inspection on our goods.

9.  Merchant and the Quality Inspector check every sample, size set and lab
dips sent to the clients to ensure they match with the order Initial
production check (IPC): fabric, accessories and measurements are
checked and set for production. It permits timely correction and
improvements before the bulk manufacturing. On-line check/mid
inspection: when at least 25% of the goods have been completed, another
inspection permits to ensure that the production is on the right track and
that the suggestions made during IPC are implemented
 Final Random Inspection (FRI): when the entire consignment is completed
and ready to be shipped, quality inspectors, from Shine knit carry out a
final random inspection based on “Acceptable Quality Levels” (AQL)
method. Once the results are satisfactory, we would allow doing the final
from the customer.
