global delivery center out of next wave emerging city in
Philippines!
Our customer is a more than $50 Bln revenue
generating multinational information
technology company, which has multiple
delivery centers across globe.
Customer was trying to setup new delivery
center in one of the 'next wave' city in
Philippines to have cost advantage. They were
not able to assess talent supply to acquire
potential right talent from the market place.
 
Our goal was to study the talent supply
(experienced and graduates) market for 80+
various role play in the delivery center. We
decided to execute combination of telephonic
interviews, field assessment, F-F interviews
with target audience, panel connects to
understand and validate the talent supply
market to have research recommendations.
This approach helped our client to understand
the relevant talent market. Jointly worked to
acquire about 550 experienced and 100
graduate hires in span of 6 months
