Although Smith gave this reflection at his retirement I feel this same feeling as a young professional. My passion for marketing and management puts me in a place where learning, researching and evolving is the key to surviving. My small town upbringing keeps me humble and gives me the ability to work well with others. I enjoy facilitating a team and the process of taking multiple point of views and turning them into the best solution. Whether its a group discussion or a personal project I firmly believe criticism.
