community/user group for all those involved in testing and test automation at Jack Henry.
Promote networking, sharing of information and provide a central location for user-group
related updates. Drive the structuring and organization of the QA user group including all
training and presentations for employees nationwide.
QA Analyst, March 2011 – Present, – Perform Quality Assurance testing, paying close
attention to detail and assuring products are functioning properly and customers have the tools
needed. Schedule and perform testing as assigned; submits errors and issues to development for
correction, and retests once errors have been corrected and test corrected code. Track defects
and causal analysis to closure. Submit test plans and test reports for review and feedback.

based BSA compliance and risk mitigation solution – Serve as trainer for bank employees on
the Yellow Hammer BSA product in both a live and web based setting. Develop outlines and
course information presented. Develop web based training for both live and playback settings.
Maintain up to date documentation. Configure aspects of the institutions database prior to an
analyst going on-site. Maintain catalog of available trainings. Successfully interact with a
distributed team across multiple states.
Application Education Coordinator, Advanced, August 2007 – November 2009, Opening Act:
Online account opening solution for deposits and loans – Create an education plan specifically
for the Opening Act product. Develop all training classes and elearnings. Maintain education
calendar including scheduling all training sessions and calls with customers. Determine budget
needs and report income to upper management. Assign training and serve as a trainer myself for
bank employees in both deposits and loans. Develop and approve outlines and course
information presented. Develop and approve training for both live, web based and playback
settings. Technical writer documenting product features and functionalities for both employees

researching information necessary to write product training manuals. Present information to

Employee Training – Serve as an internal trainer on all Microsoft products, New Employee
Training and the Certified Administrative Assistants Program. Created the Powerful
Presentations training used corporate wide. This training was an integral part of teaching
employees the proper techniques when presenting information to our customers in various
settings including live and web based scenarios. Facilitated the development of an
administrative assistants program allowing employees to improve their skills thus creating more
