1. Plan the all BTL & ATL Marketing Activity for Branch according the monthly and corporate
budget and execute the same branch level from core Marketing team or Zonal Marketing

2. Organizing the product launches effectively by ensuring the availability of POPs, Product
literature, Demonstrator’s Training & Sales Staff Training
3. Plan the all canopy promotional activity to direct sale and to create the consumer

5. Plan the company promotional van activity monthly and execute the same. Prepare
the daily target vs achievement data & analysis the report and present the same in

6. Coordinate with advertising agency to creative like promotional creative as new
product launching, new campaign launching, and improve exiting product branding
creative and many more.
7. Indenting POP requirement of different categories/brands (counter wise, for specific
meets/ demo activities/exhibitions) to HO and deployment through distribution channel and
merchandisers
8. MIS BTL Reporting & Presentation share with all sales & marketing team by month end.
9. Team Management - Check promoters requirement based on the criteria laid down,
