Raising ICX This involves raising companies to have interns on AIESEC Global Internship Program(GIP) Promoting internship opportunities for interns outside Ethiopia to come work on Companies and partners under the Global Community Development Program. Preparing recruited exchange participants to have adequate knowledge about countries they have been matched. Educating member about what type of exchange opportunities are available to them. A governing body called the International Control Board deals with such challenges faced during the exchange process.
