3. Click task from Home to add a Task

4. Step 2: Create Shared Query
1, Create Shared Query for Task /Use the exisiting shared query
2, Similarly Create Shared Query Product Backlog

5. Create Shared Query

6. Step 3: Import Task/User Story
Prerequisit:
System should have Microsoft Excel 2007 with Team tab
Logged in user should have the administrator previliege with TFS
User Story can be added as Product Backlog in the same way as Adding Task

7. Open shared query in Excel

9. Import Task

10. Step 4: Link Task with User Story
1, Once the User Stories & Tasks are added to TFS, copy their TFS Work Item ID's and paste them to
the “Task List” sheet of “Sprint Planning Template.xls” file.
2, Run the shared query of Task
