On Thursday 12/1/2010 we held a work shop for the senior staff up to shift engineers in
order to determine our vision, mission and values and how they are important for our
success and achieving goals.
Vision, mission and values work shop prepared by HR development team and
introduced by Human Resources Executive Manager.
- First, we showed some slogans for famous companies which we are already know,
then we presented the vision, mission of these famous company and the reason of their
success, and these examples to make the participants conform an image or a picture
about the vision, mission in general (to make them understand the concept) of vision and
mission and how they can work in a team.

-Second, we divide the participants into 3 teams where each team consists of 6
persons, in order to make them work to determine our MTC’s vision, mission and values.
-Third, we presented the values and made the three teams arrange these values
according to their priorities, and then we made the three teams unite their values to be
all in the same order.

activities in order to promote the company societal care.
I add SHAREHOLDERS to the values as per / the presentation but the attendees
recommend to exclude it from the values but,
