Errand Courier Inc. is an upcoming global small
businesses that seeks to provide professional courier
services, package delivery and courier tracking
services in several countries namely the United
States, Mexico, Canada, Jamaica, Ecuador and West
Indies
The history of the company dates back to December
2019 when I teamed up with three of my friends to
start a package and courier delivery services
business.
Located in Manhattan, New York, the company
currently has 7 employees.

Air courier and freight delivery with schedules on all
the major air routes in the target countries
Sea freight delivery services for imports, exports and
other cross ocean trade cargo delivery services
(Singh, Singh & Bhardwaj, 2011).
International road delivery services for bulk goods
throughout the United states, Mexico and Canada.
Provision of quality 24 hour package tracking services
for special or high value goods.

The advertising and marketing of the company will
primarily be carried out through the provision of
business brochures and fliers to prospective
customers across the target countries.
We will also use the internet and social media
platforms such as Facebook, Twitter and Instagram to
promote the business.
The other advertisement channels that will be used to
promote the business include local mainstream media
like TV stations, local newspapers, radio and
magazines.

The target market for the company include a wide
range of professional businesses operating the target
countries namely hotels, online stores, government
agencies, schools, restaurants, financial institutions,
contractors and corporate organizations (Rauyruen,
Miller & Groth, 2019).
The company will also target individual customers
such as applicants, accountants, doctors and other
clients who may need to send or receive classified
and confidential documents (Wisniewski, 2017).
