Roles and Responsibilities Undertaken:
 Ensure Implementation of Quality Control Plans & Procedures
 Control & monitoring all activities as per QCP.
 Total Control over NDT Sub contractors to reduce the backlog
 Conduct inspection of Pre Weld Joint Set-Ups and Post Weld Joint Visuals. And Surface Preparation
by Blasting, Airless Painting & Field Joint Coating when required.
 Interpret and evaluate Non Destructive Examination (VT, RT, UT, MPT, etc.)
 Update Site Review of the project scope of work, material specifications, and AFC drawings for any
conflict with the requirement of the Quality standards and advise the Engineering Department to
initiate the corrective actions with the client prior to commencement of work.
 Update Master List of Documents and verify the same with Head office.
 Inspection of Incoming Materials & Check with MTC & MESC.
 Conducting and witnessing Welder Qualification Tests.
 Final Torquing inspection of bolts as per requirement values mentioned in Spec. before Hydro test /
