Our human resource is guided by our Vision, possessing the desired core

Client’s satisfaction and smooth business operation.
Unlike the traditional manpower agencies, the individual manpower we
provide has undergone basic security and safety orientation training to ensure that
each plays a significant role in protecting our Client’s resources, assets and
operations from any form of, threat, hazards, danger and risks.

To constantly monitor individual performance, discipline and efficiency of our
deployed workforce, we deploy Performance AuditTeams (PAT) on periodic and
random basis.
To address unexpected manpower service concerns, have contingency
response teams that can be dispatched anytime to promptly assist the Clients in
resolving disruptive issues that may undermine their business operations and
activities.

OUR ARCHANGELS
Collectively, we call our guards “d’Archangels” to instill in their hearts the
virtues of righteousness, responsibility, deep service commitment and
professionalism when performing their avowed duty to serve our Client.
All hired manpower will undergo proper orientation and training on the
following:
a. SMHRSI Standard Code of Conduct, Ethics and Performance
Policies;
b. Scope of assignment and job details in close coordination with
the Client HR Office; and,
c. Basic security and safety concerns

Team Organization
For efficient management, supervision and operations, our Archangels shall be
organized and deployed by Sector, then by Team. A Sector handles or secures one
Client with a designated Sector Leader (SL). The SL will oversee the over all
performance, coordination, efficiency and effectiveness of all teams under his watch.
He shall be accountable for any security breach or lapses committed by any sector
member.
Depending on the area to be covered, a Sector may be composed of one or
more teams, each with a Team Leader (TL). The TLshall look into the job performance,
attendance, discipline and attitude of the individual member of his team.
Deployment Procedures
Deployment of manpower shall be done in close coordination with the
Client’s Human Resource manager. Deployed manpower in one company composes
one Team.
During actual deployment, SMHRSI HR manager, if needed, shall
endorse and accompany the team to the Client Company workplace. This includes
establishment of constant liaising with the Client in monitoring the individual
performance and discipline of our deployed manpower.

Supervision and Control Mechanism
We will designate a lead person in our deployed manpowerto be our Team
Supervisor (TS). He will look into the job performance, attendance, discipline and
attitude of the individual member of the team. He keeps the attendance time record
of the team for eventual submission to SMHRSI Operations.

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
Hiring and Screening
SMHRSI shall guarantee an efficient hiring process and pooling of qualified
manpower that willaccurately match the needed standard and skills of our Client
Company.
Toensure proper matching of manpower to Client’s desired skills, series of
screening tools shall be used, as follows:
a. The conduct of preliminary personal interview
b. Pre-Assessment written exam shall be administered, composing
of the following:
 Abstract Reasoning
 Numerical Analysis
 Basic Communication Skills
 Verbal Analysis
c. Prospective applicants may be requested to submit additional
documents, whenever needed.
d. Potential candidates shall be subject to partial background
screening,particularly previous education & employment verifications.

Work Schedule
Work schedule prescribed by the Client Company shall be honored and strictly
enforced on all SMHRSI deployed manpower.
Attendance, tardiness, absenteeism and other related matters shall be
closely monitored
Payroll Preparation
SMHRSI shall strictly follow the pay schedule below:
Cut- off Dates: 10th
and 25th
of the month
Billing Preparation: 11th
and 26th
of the month
Submission to Client: 12th
and 27th
of the month
Payroll Date: 15th
and 30th
of the month
Remittances of Government Mandated Benefits

SMHRSI will be responsible for remitting government mandated benefits (i.e.
SSS, Phil Health, Pag-IBIG, ECC and other contributions for all its employees and
deployed manpower.
Logistics: Supplies and Equipment
Administrative supplies needed by our deployed manpower, such as
attendance time record, IDs, uniforms and other related materials shall be provided
by SMHRSI.
WAY AHEAD MARKET CLIENTS:
Industrial companies, commercial areas and corporate entities initially in
Laguna area, particularly the labor-heavy locators. Operational coverage shall be
eventually expanded to other parts of the country in need of manpower services.

  • 7. Page 7 of 19 Team Organization For efficient management, supervision and operations, our Archangels shall be organized and deployed by Sector, then by Team. A Sector handles or secures one Client with a designated Sector Leader (SL). The SL will oversee the over all performance, coordination, efficiency and effectiveness of all teams under his watch. He shall be accountable for any security breach or lapses committed by any sector member. Depending on the area to be covered, a Sector may be composed of one or more teams, each with a Team Leader (TL). The TLshall look into the job performance, attendance, discipline and attitude of the individual member of his team. Deployment Procedures Deployment of manpower shall be done in close coordination with the Client’s Human Resource manager. Deployed manpower in one company composes one Team. During actual deployment, SMHRSI HR manager, if needed, shall endorse and accompany the team to the Client Company workplace. This includes establishment of constant liaising with the Client in monitoring the individual performance and discipline of our deployed manpower. Operations Control and Feedback System Mechanism

He will look into the job performance, attendance, discipline and attitude of the individual member of the team. GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS Hiring and Screening SMHRSI shall guarantee an efficient hiring process and pooling of qualified manpower that willaccurately match the needed standard and skills of our Client Company. Toensure proper matching of manpower to Client’s desired skills, series of screening tools shall be used, as follows: a. The conduct of preliminary personal interview b. Pre-Assessment written exam shall be administered, composing of the following:  Abstract Reasoning  Numerical Analysis  Basic Communication Skills  Verbal Analysis c. Prospective applicants may be requested to submit additional documents, whenever needed. d. Potential candidates shall be subject to partial background screening,particularly previous education & employment verifications. Logistics: Supplies and Equipment Administrative supplies needed by our deployed manpower, such as attendance time record, IDs, uniforms and other related materials shall be provided by SMHRSI. WAY AHEAD MARKET CLIENTS: Industrial companies, commercial areas and corporate entities initially in Laguna area, particularly the labor-heavy locators. Operational coverage shall be eventually expanded to other parts of the country in need of manpower services.
