 Managing Leave Record of all employees.
 Manually calculating attendance of all employees from data generated through Biometric
Attendance Machine.
 Cross-Checking Biometric Attendance Data with Attendance Register.
4. Housekeeping & Security Management
 Checking Attendance of Housekeeping person & Security Guard
 Checking PF & ESIC calculated by Contractor of Housekeeping person & Security Guard
5. Performance Management System
 Prepare performance management system for the effective working environment
 Maintain performance appraisal on Quarterly basis.
