1.) Public mobile engage with public through its website and inform them their new
promotions on website.
Public mobile also advertised by google under cheap phone plans search type.
2.) Graphics used by public mobile website verybasic. They used same pictures again
and again. They have only 2-4 pictures in their website.
3.) Target marketing for public mobile is those who can’t afford expensive mobile plans
such as students and those who need only handful of services. Such as senior citizens.
Key message is you shouldn’t be charged for featuresyou didn’t want in the first place.
4.) There is no media coveragefor public mobile. They are not marketing themselves
accordingly.Only on google they have little exposure when we search cheap data plan
and other cheap mobile services. They are missing everyopportunities for marketing
such as social media and television advertisement.
5.) No story is availableon their website. There is no “About Us” tab where public can
know about them.
