All trips that are planned are sent to the On Board Computer (OBC).
Drivers are trained & educated to use Transics to log trip information

Report will be generated as and when (recommended quarter-hourly) to keep track of what
is planned vs what is happening on the road.
Final, adding your comments in the Last Column of the Report.
