The B2 Autosuggestion ssrf.org
The B2 Autosuggestion technique is used when one experiences stress or
unhappiness due to others or a situation. And it is either :
1. Not possible to rectify the personality defects of others causing one
stress
2. It is not possible to change the adverse situation/circumstances.

the Era of Strife (Kaliyug) which we are currently in
where negative forces are more active, and I will pray to
remain calm and start chanting God’s Name.

been cancelled due to bad weather, I will realise that this
can happen. I am not alone, so many other passengers
are also stranded. So, I will calmly accept the situation
and look for a solution.

help. So, I will calmly listen to her suggestions and focus
on what I can learn from her.

to realise the importance of giving up smoking. I have
tried my best. So, I will pray to surrender the situation to
God and will start to chant.
