We’re committed to a culture where people can do their best
work. Our culture lives in our behaviours not our offices - we
focus on amazing outputs and not where or when they’re
delivered. Traditional 9-5 no longer suits everyone - we each
have individual needs, commitments and ways to deliver

and makes us happier, healthier, and more productive
colleagues.
Empowered working isn’t a perk, it’s a reality. By working
when and where you are most productive and effective, it

Our commitments to you
You hate commuting daily and see it as
wasted time. You balance your working week,
commuting to a Hub workspace when needed
1 or 2 times a week to meet team members or
clients. Time saved from the commute is used for
training for a 10k run and spending more time in
the morning with their family.
You love exploring your passions and developing
new skills both professionally and personally.
You manage your time to have a music lesson at
3pm on Thursday providing time for practice at
the weekend. By taking time out for your violin
lesson, you feel calmer and more focused.
You work best later in the day rather than
working a 9-5, you manage your diary to
start and finish your day later, in and around
client meetings or work/team needs. You
work remotely when you need to focus and
concentrate on complex tasks, cases or projects.
