2. I made a Chinese traditional
food to my friend, and this is my

This called potato beef goulash.

potato beef goulash
Cooking Time: 2 hours
Ingredients Quantity Method
oil 2 tsp clean beef thoroughly, and place them
into boiling water and let them stand for
15 mins to get rid of the blood and slime.
Add some vinegar to get rid of odor if you
want. After that, heat a medium pan, add
oil and sauté for 2 mins.
Beef, washed and cut
into medium dice 1 Lb
Shallot, small dice 1 each Heat a medium pot and add water that
cover 2/3 of the pot. Add beef, shallot and
ginger, cover the pot, and heat it to boil,
then turn down to low flame. Cook until
beef is tender, then add the potato, overall
time needs 2 hours
Ginger, small dice 1/2 each
Potato, peeled and cut
into large dice 2 each
vinegar 1 tsp
Add vinegar, soy sauce, salt with potato
Soy sauce 3 tsp.
Salt 2 tsp
Chinese pepper and
spices
As needed
.when it is done, serve with Chinese
pepper and spices
