This document discusses developing a Master Data Management (MDM) system based on semantic principles. It proposes that a semantic MDM system could increase engineers' work speed and reduce design errors. The project manager outlines a plan to develop a semantic data model and prototype in 2013, release an alpha version for the Russian market in 2014, and beta version for international markets in 2015. Funding needs and sales projections through 2018 are provided.
