As a very experienced in the Oilfield, have participated in many projects and tasks throughout 21 years of working
experience in this field. In addition, throughout this long carrier, have not been involved in any single incident. Some of
the main areas of expertise are as follows:
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
 Oversee: and managethe planning, programing, and execution of the new completions, including re-completions, multi
well pads, multi stage completion work with HZ and re-entry wells.
 Report on: the progress of the projects, performance, project status updates (cost & schedule, etc.).
 Interface with: Senior Management, Project Directors / Managers, Stakeholders, Construction Managers,
Superintendents, Clients, Schedulers, and other project team members, to share best practices, formulate strategies
and to develop / manage integrated project schedules.
 Coordinate: cost-estimate of the projects, priority based scope changes, and forecasts for project management teams.
 Identify and resolve: resource issues, schedule deviations, and facilitate corrective actions for commissioning projects.
 Lead: development and implementation of project controls standards, change management implementation, planning,
risk management, financial analysis, guidelines and recommendations (as per industry best practices). Lead and support
the development of program planning and controls, along with personnel management.
 Participate in: workover work, including: re-perforating, acidizing, clean outs, casing repairs, liners, stimulation,
wellhead change outs, re-completions.
 Conduct: estimates, Tendering & Bidding selections, audits/analysis on contractors’/consultants’ performance,
contingency evaluations, “what-if” scenarios and fuse analysis for schedule quality.
 Implement: risk management processes on a demanding portfolio of projects.
 Create: update and communicate standard project and program metrics, including trend analysis, program plans and
schedule information.
PEOPLE MANAGEMENT / SUPERVISION
 Perform: a steady pipeline of talent acquisition practices. Possess a solid understanding of the difference between the
recruitment of “staff” and that of “talent”. Believe the level of knowledge one possess regarding these differences,
will be then reflected in the overall fruit of the corporations’ labors as a direct result. By both seeking out, developing
and growing talent (both externally and from within) the overall corporate objectives can be met and far surpassed.
 Run: safety meetings and onsite trainings.
 Responsible: of all people and services onsite.
 Provide: strategic leadership and manage large scale teams with various key direct reports.
 Lead: and develop diverse Project/Facility teams and other technical/managerial personnel.

FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT / COST CONTROLS
 Direct: preparation of departmental capitaland operating budget, cost engineering functions (including cost estimating,
cost monitoring and control, cost forecasting and analysis).
 Manage: capital portfolios within corporate project standards, AFE’s, overall reporting of commitments, expenditures,
expenditure profiles, and cash-flow (using estimates and schedule).
 Collect: incurred cost from procurement, contracts, construction, engineering, project team, and support groups, to
finalize data and create applicable reports.
 Map out: actual material consumption leveraging estimates for improvement of estimation format and reconciliation.
 Update: maintain, and analyzecost expenditures, trends, and forecasts to realign corporatestrategyfor timely and cost
efficient project completion.
 Decrease: legal risks by conducting audits and analysis on contractor/consultant performance using Earned Value
Analysis and ensure resources are properly allocated.
 Minimize: financial discrepancies by reviewing and validating requisitions and invoices to ensure the project and AFE
numbers are cost coded accurately.
 Interpret: and develop policy objectives and standards applicable to cost and schedule controls, coupled with analysis
activities.
 Monitor: project costs, schedules, and scope changes, while preparing change estimates, maintaining change log, and
processing client approvals.
 Develop: andmonitor procedure for cash flow forecasting and managevariance within ±10% (high performer), financial
models and analysis to support strategic initiatives.
 Forecast: working closely with stakeholders; and perform long-range financial projections.
 Drive profitability: through providing executive level business intelligence while overseeing major capital projects.
 Create: develop and implement online/cloud daily reporting and field cost tracking software for construction sites.
TECHNOLOGICAL COMPETENCY / REPORTING
 Identify: the best software and training opportunities to get the best out for the company.
 Outstanding: skills and knowledge in the use of computers, and especially software such as: Wellview, Well Journal,
and Microsoft Excel and Word.

 Production work: with multiple bottom hole pump configurations, (i.e. ESP’s, Inserts, PCP).
 Inclusive: leadership qualities, and experience with Rod handling and rod fishing.
 Manage: Workover work including, re-perforating, acidizing, clean outs, casing repairs, liners, stimulation, wellhead
change outs, re-completions,
 Supervise: workover rig activity, drilling activities during critical periods, wireline operations (perforating, casting
cutting, and logging), etc.
 Organize: and monitor well stimulation activities and design and implement casing and cementing projects on new
drills.
 Review: well records for workover and completion projects.

DRILLING GAS AND OIL COMPETENCIES

 Understand: requirement to protect fresh water with surface casing setting depth/cement and requirements on
directional programs to stay within lease/block boundaries.
 Design: and understand basic design principles (burst, collapse, tension in the pressure/ temperatureenvironment that
the casing will encounter).
 Calculate: mud weight necessary to maintain well control and volume of mud required to fill the hole while tripping
out.
 Optimize: the cost of the mud systems by altering the inhibitive nature of the mud systems. Establish the critical
minimum inhibition requirements.
 Develop: solid control programs and equipment (shaker, desander, and desilter) for mud and hydraulics programs.
 Recognize: embrace and leverage individual differences.
