Banking using advanced Internet search techniques, including complex search strings
(Boolean Search).

Totaljobs, Planetrecruit, Career builder, Dice and LinkedIn, other social networking tools,
referrals and other strategies.
• Worked on contract, contract to hire and full time positions and hired candidates on W2, 1099
and corp-corp.
• Discuss the role in detail with the screened candidates and thereafter conduct the
assessment for the candidates which in turn helps the client in systematic selection and in
recognition of the potential and capabilities of the candidate.
• Coordinate the interviews between the client and the candidate and make sure that the
logistics for both the ends falls in place.
• Conducting referral checks and indulging in vital negotiations with the client and the candidate
