 Analyzing Brands and collection, segregating products accordingly.

As MERCHANDISER (March 2014 – June 2016)
 Undertaking complete merchandising for 5 major Middle East companies –
MALABAR GOLD AND DIAMOND JEWELLERY PVT.LTD, JOYALLUKAS, LI ALI,
BAFLEH, AL HASEENA and few more.
 Analyses of trends, creating design briefs, and developing first line of samples
for all projects given by the customers.
 Formulating cost sheets, creating approximate pricing and projecting sales
targets on quarterly basis.
 Allotted a team of 3 designers and 4 CAD designers under my supervision.
 Undertaken more than 85+ projects, created 200+ collections and generated
more than 2000 samples with an estimated hit ratio of 40-50%
 Re-examine existing sample line filtering products, dividing them into various
category in respect to pricing, styling and USP. Allotting new collection name,
write ups and story to these categorized products which is further proposed
to the marketing team, thus boosting sales.

 Worked over 30+ collections and created over 500+ designs for IIJS and more
than 300 got selected.
 Undertaken several concepts based on project for wholesale like Gold Ball
collection, Lazar Enamel and Lazar cutwork collection, Stamping collection,
Polki & Rose cut collection, Electroform collection and many other high end
couture projects.
 Conceptualized and created a special Platinum collection inspired from
various architecture, with complete follow up of CAD and Master.
 Worked for GILI Brand and developed collections based on specific gold wt.
and constraint diamond wt. in order to achieve a given price point.
 Research and market trend analyzing for new concept generation. Making
presentation of concepts and final designs as per requirement.
