1. The right to reproduce the copyrighted work.
2. The right to prepare derivative works based upon
   the original(s).
3. The right to distribute copies of the work.

is the same as a trademark, except that it
   identifies and distinguishes the source of a
   service rather than a product.

Criminal                              Civil
• Pays the actual dollar              • Financial from $200 to
  amount of damages and                  $150,000 for each work
