Just follow these three
simple steps:
Download and install Salesforce Files Sync.
Sync your files.
Share and collaborate.

5. 1 Download Salesforce Files Sync from Chatter…
Log in to Chatter to download Salesforce Files Sync.
1. Click My Settings | Desktop Add-Ons | Salesforce Files
2. Click Download
3. Follow the installation instructions for your operating system
4. Log in with your Salesforce credentials

6. …or directly from 1 the Files page.
Just click Get Salesforce Files for Windows or Mac.

7. 1 Install Salesforce Files Sync.
Salesforce Files Sync is available for Windows and Mac.

1. Run the Installer
2. Drag the Salesforce Files icon into the Applications folder
3. Double-click the Salesforce Files icon in your Applications folder and log in with your user name and password
4. You are on your way to syncing files
