Enlisted Peter Markos to conduct

Affirmed roll as advocate on behalf of
districts
Met with GS John Hewko and RI staff at
the US Dept of State regarding regulations
and reporting requirements
Distributed information and advocated
positions for district representatives on
proposals at the Council on Legislation

8. PROGRAM OBSERVATIONS
Districts interested in using technology to
best exchange and manage information:
- to collect, hose, retrieve data
- to manage data base, respond to audit,
house resource library, exchange
electronic applications
- to adapt our program to electronic rather
than manual communication

9. PROGRAM OBSERVATIONS
Concern about regulatory environment
(especially in USA)
Questions about use of Flat Fees for
Outbounds
Interest in having Rebounds stay in district
as program’s Senior Class
Desire for ROTEX to be active in program
Desire for ROTEX to join other Rotary
programs and then become Rotarians

10. PROGRAM OBSERVATIONS
Concern for protecting privacy
Desire for more participating clubs and
more exchanges supported by districts
Need to enlist more Rotarians and
volunteers and to cultivate their
involvement, training, leadership
