4. 1112 Hayden Court was built in 2006. It is a single
family home that contains 1,260 square feet of living
space. It is nestled on a 3,933 square foot plot of
land. It was lived in by it's first owners the Shepard's
until 2018. They then sold to the current owners,
your hosts, Rose and Jake Hawran.
It was called home by your hosts until 2020.
Afterwards, the property served as a long term
rental until 2022 when Rose and Jake decided to
turn it into a vacation rental so they could share it
with everyone and still enjoy it themselves.

Welcome to Hayden's Hidden Gem! We’re beyond excited to have you!
This place is very special to us. Believe it or not, it was our first house we
bought and lived in together!
In the past few years, we’ve really missed spending time here at this spot so
we decided to share it with travelers like yourself, and enjoy it in between
visits. It’s a great spot to discover the city from. Isn’t the neighborhood just
lovely as well? Everyone is so friendly and has always been so helpful. We
have so many great memories attached to it, and we’re convinced that you
will too.
In this manual, you’ll find lots of useful information that we’ve compiled over
the years to help our guests make the most of their stay. From instructions on
how to use the appliances to recommendations for nearby restaurants and
shopping areas, we’ve got you covered.

Civitan park is a 9 minute drive, there
you can kayak to your own private
island locals call White Island.

Start a wash cycle on hot with detergent and
bleach for all towels. Do not strip the beds.
Place all of the dishes in the dishwasher and
start.
Turn off lights, close windows, and lock doors.
Empty and discard used food items in the
refrigerator and pantry.
Collect all garbage from the kitchen and restrooms
and place in the outdoor recepticals.
Return any furniture that has been moved back to
its original placement.
