Mike Morrison Mike is an agent of change for his RapidBI clients working through the mediums of training, learning,
organizational change and social media. Having held a diverse range of HR & change related
Rapid BI positions in sectors as diverse as engineering, professional services, public sector, transport and
@rapidbi national government. As well as developing holistic business diagnostic tools use internationally,
Mike runs several large online communities, and is a regular blogger and commentator on all things
management, HR and learning, with the view of improving business bottom-line.
Will McInnes Will is Managing Director of NixonMcInnes, a social business consultancy, and author of Culture
Shock which provides an inspirational guide for better ways to do business in the 21st century

Léon is a social media practitioner and has managed social implementations with organisations
Léon Benjamin counting BA, Microsoft & BT. He is co-founder of Sei Mani, an enterprise social media adoption
Sei Mani consultancy that helps large organisations transform the way they work. Léon is the author of
@lfbenjamin Winning by Sharing, a book about the impact of social media on the future of work first published
in 2005 predicting the use of social media in the workplace and its transformative impact on the
nature of work.
Dale Roberts Dale is half way through his second decade helping organisations make better decisions. Much of
this time was with Business Intelligence leader Cognos as the UKMEA Professional Services
Artesian Solutions Director. Most recently he is part of the Executive team of Artesian Solutions, an innovator in
@decisionhacker social media monitoring and analytics. He is a commentator, blogger and regular speaker on the
Business Intelligence, Analytics and Performance Management circuit. Along with Rooven Pakkiri
he is the author of Decision Sourcing, to be published by Gower in 2013.
