New Component: Video Contest
This campaign allows contestants to
submit videos displaying why their
dog is the best dog, and readers will
vote through social media platforms.
Contest
 Contestants submit a short (less than 30-
second) video clip of their dog doing a
cool trick or being exceptionally cute
Voting
 Voting will take place online, with the
video with the most amount of likes
winning
Prizes
 Vendors will serve as sponsors and
contribute prizes in exchange for
advertising space
What’s working:
• Everyone loves dogs.
• Everyone thinks their dog is the cutest
dog.
• Dog-friendly NoVA companies
advertise with us
What could improve:
• ROI on Dog Days events may be low
• Social media campaigns are low in cost
and high in audience reach
