AMIkids pays commissions at closing. Additionally, commissions
may be paid twice, once at donation and again on the lease with purchase option.
AMIkids uses 100% of the proceeds from the donation and lease of yachts to support
our mission to turn the lives around of troubled youth. The Boat Program is a part of the
resource development efforts of a national charity serving over 5,000 kids annually.

brokers who facilitate a boat donation and or a lease with or without an option to purchase.

Example Payments with $1 million Gross Lease*
*The first half of the facilitating finder’s fee is paid at closing and is based on a conservative
estimate of the gross lease amount. Once the boat goes out on lease, the second half
of the finder’s fee is paid and adjusted to ensure the broker receives a 15% finder’s fee.
The above rates represent the total commission paid by AMIkids.
Commissions may be shared between brokers at their
agreed upon splits.
