RODDRICK MARSHALL
Theft by Taking (Auto) Arrested and convicted twice as an adult.
January 28, 1992 - Arrested and detained at Muscogee County Jail in Columbus, GA.
May 08, 1992 – Convicted and sentenced to three years of probation and granted time
served. Ordered to attend summer school or serve 90 days at a boot camp prison.
May 1992 – Released on probation, Mr. Underwood was my probation officer.
June 27, 1993 – Arrested and detained at Muscogee County Jail in Columbus, GA.
September 27, 1993 – Probation violation filed in court.
September 30, 1993 – Convicted and sentenced to a four year split sentence, ordered to
serve two years of confinement followed by two years of probation.
December 08, 1993 – Sent to Bostick Correctional Institution Prison Boot Camp in
Hardwick, GA.
January 1994 – Sent to Phillips Correctional Institution Prison Boot Camp in Buford,
GA.
May 05, 1994 – Released from Phillips Correctional Institution Prison Boot Camp with
twenty-five dollars, a bus ticket, and a state issued uniform with a pocket full of goals.
Mr. Lewis was my parole officer.
July 31, 1995 – Discharged from parole after a successful completion.
August 01, 1995 – Ms. Jones was my probation officer.
August 01, 1997 – Discharged from probation after a successful completion.
January 24, 2003 – Filed an application for restoration of rights and pardon.
June 17, 2003 – Ms. Sparks interviewed me at Savannah Parole Office in Savannah, GA.
December 08, 2003 – State Board of Pardons and Paroles granted me a full pardon.
