Eric Ries's "The Lean Startup" is an excellent book on how to efficiently build scalable startups. However, it's time-consuming and expensive to gain mastery of the content of the methodology of The Lean Startup. The presented roadmap, "The 8 Steps for Lean Startup Project Management," provides a simple roadmap for collaboratively organizing, planning, and managing any lean startup project especially in real time. The roadmap also introduces a workflow and set of deliverables of Lean Startup Project Management.
