2. Summary
The Boy Who Saved Baseball is about a boy named
Tom who’s town is about to get bull dozed. One day,
the mayor holds a meeting and an old man, Doc, says
that instead of bull dozing the town right away, they

“Good Life” by: One Republic to remind them that
whatever happens, it will still be a good life.
Woke up in London yesterday
Found myself in the city near Piccadilly
Don't really know how I got here
I got some pictures on my phone
Oh, this has gotta be the good life
New names and numbers that I don't know This has gotta be the good life
Address to places like Abbey Road This could really be a good life, good life
Day turns to night, night turns to whatever we want
We're young enough to say I say, "Oh, got this feeling that you can't
fight"
Oh, this has gotta be the good life Oh, this has gotta be the good life
Like this city is on fire tonight
This has gotta be the good life This has gotta be the good life
This could really be a good life, a good, good
This could really be a good life, good life This could really be a good life, good life
life
Oh yeah, good, good life, good life, oh, this is
I say, "Oh, got this feeling that you can't fight" I say, oh, got this feeling that you can't fight
Like this city is on fire tonight Like this city is on fire tonight
To my friends in New York, I say hello
This could really be a good life, a good, good life This could really be a good life, a good, good life
My friends in L.A. they don't know
To my friends in New York, I say hello Oh, a good, good life, yeah
Where I've been for the past few years or so
My friends in L.A. they don't know Paris to China to Colorado
Where I've been for the past few years or so Hopelessly
Paris to China to Colorado I feel like there might be something that I'll miss
Sometimes there's airplanes I can' t jump out
Hopelessly
Sometimes there's stuff that don't work now
Sometimes there's airplanes I can' t jump out I feel like the window closes oh so quick
We are God of stories but please tell me
Sometimes there's stuff that don't work now What there is to complain about?
We are God of stories, but please tell me Hopelessly
What there is to complain about? I'm taking a mental picture of you now
'Cause hopelessly
When you're happy like a fool, let it take you overThe hope is we have so much to feel good about
When everything is out you gotta take it in

I gave The Boy Who Saved Baseball
I gave The Boy Who Saved Baseball five out of five stars
because I enjoyed how to save the town, they had to play
a game of baseball for it. I cherished how they included
how to hit a baseball, meaning the physics behind it and
since I play softball, it came in handy. Lastly, I
appreciated how the author described the characters
from how Del Gato had rugged hair to him having a
short, brown beard.
