roles over 18 years. I started as a shop assistant, and through a combination of on
the job training and experience, I advanced to a senior in-store management role.
I am currently looking for an opportunity to use my experience in supermarkets in
new and exciting ways in a different industry.

Experience in building strong teams through recruitment, training, and open
and honest communication with team members and leaders.
The ability to make well reasoned decisions with the information and
resources available in the absence of other instructions and guidelines.
The ability to prioritise tasks based on importance and deadlines. Being able
to concentrate on the task at hand without losing track of other priorities, or
the big picture.
Experience with managing changes within the business, including the
implementation of new technology and equipment that change the way the
work gets done,
Experience managing external contractors and outsource team members in
achieving goals and targets.
Act as a role model, leading by example by working with the team. Promoting
a positive attitude and ensuring that team members are valued and
recognised when goals are achieved and targets are met.
The ability to manage information effectively.
Self motivated, innovative, and well organised. Capable of seeing the big
picture, and aware of the impacts that decisions can have on the big picture.
