- Founded in 2001 when a transformer OEM declined to invest in the condition based monitoring strategy.
- Application engineers are involved in quoting solutions developed in collaboration with the end user (the utility). That collaboration usually results in a Customer Requirements Document that is often included in the specification for various sized assets – we know when we get an RFQ from OEMs for a 340kv transformer for utility XYZ, as an example, exactly what is required by the customer. We can create custom part numbers that match a specific bill of materials and configured to the standard or call for a packaged solution. When an order is received, it is check for accuracy before being acknowledged. A few weeks before production is to begin, drawings are issued and an approval process followed. In most cases, a fully assembled panel is shipped for inclusion in the OEM’s control cabinet and on-site commissioning is included. Training can be done at no charge in our Sussex WI facility or at the customer site for a nominal fee.
