• There are 25 questions in this round
• This is a written round
• You get 1 point for each question. Questions which will require
two answers will have half points for each answer.
• Top 6 teams will proceed to the finals
• Questions 1, 6, 10, 15, 20, 24 are star marked
• In case of a tie, the team with the most number of correct
answers will go through
• In case of a further tie, the team with the longest streak of correct
answers will go through
• The QM’s decision is binding and final
• Do not use mobile phones for cheating please! We aren’t muggles
for gods sake

*Several accidents have occurred due to X. Two muggle dog
walkers accidentally found themselves at a Celestina Warbeck
concert in 2003, because their misbehaving dogs ran away with X.
Witches and wizards were left frantic and anguished. However,
one of the Muggles was called onto stage by Celestina, to sing a
‘cauldron full of hot strong love’.

• During the 14th Century, Muggles persecuted
wizards and witches, by hunting them down and
burning them at the stake. But these witch hunts

World Cup in the Patagonian desert. By 2020, X was
