experience
 I have successfully transitioned 3 external clinics into one central
location reducing practice expenses and allowing us to reallocate
staff.
 I have successfully organized an onsite educational program with
the physicians of the Urology practice at WSUPG for the
surrounding community and local physicians to increase patient
referrals and potential new clients. Topics for the educational
offerings were based on the specialties of the practice physicians.
 Created policies as needed to support practice activities and
operations as part of the corporate policy committee.
 During my employment with Wayne State University Physicians
Group I was selected to work with Director of Quality to build
corporate quality practices for the organization.

Quality Management Coordinator-Surgery
• Assist Surgery Service to meet TJC and OIG quality measures
• Record and report metric values for ongoing quality improvement
activities and facility SAIL requirements.
• Provide coaching in LEAN management projects
• Assist with accreditation activities, including on-site surveys.
• Work with Surgery Service areas when action plans or other
documentation is required. Prepare monthly and quarterly reports
for Executive Leadership Committee review.
