 Responsible for supporting the business (Infosys Delivery Team) for Application Development and Maintenance
(ADM) - horizontal having over $2.8 Billion of annual global revenues
 Lead the FP & A (Financial Planning & Analysis) activities of the ADM unit
 Estimating the revenue of upcoming quarters based on discussion with sales team and tracking the same with
both sales and delivery team.
 Highlighting big gaps and deviations between Estimates and Actuals and tracking how the Sales and Delivery
team is planning to Bridge the same.
 Provide the senior management of the vertical unit and the finance department with both periodic and adhoc
analysis on the financial and operational performance of the unit. This includes analysis of all business and
operating parameters as well as P& L analysis, flash reporting, etc. in order to manage and control the unit such
that unit management is able to analyze the recent performance and use it for timely actions.
