2. Equipment
Microphone to record our podcast
Headphones to listen back to what I have recorded
Logic will be the editing software to edit my podcast.
3. Recording schedule
I want to do everything early so I can edit the sound on logic later and so I
am the first to you the mic since we are sharing it. So at 920am I'm going
to get the mic and start recording my podcast then finish at 10 20am. With
the sound I will edit it in logic until lunch and make sure it is perfect.
4. Health and safety/risk
I show check the wires before I start recording so someone doesn’t trip
over them. To stop this from happening I will tuck the wires under the
table.
I need to be careful when using the equipment so I don’t damage any of it.
When I use it I will treat it with care.
Do not touch the power plug with wet hands. This is avoiding a potential
electric shock.
Never set the controls or the speakers or controls to maximum as it could
damage ears.
Do not allow water near the electrical equipment as it could cause an
electric shock

7. Copyright and sound check
I will use the microphone and before I record I will check the levels of the
mic and make sure I wont go over peak levels because that will distort my
audio. Then once I've tested it saying “testing 1212” I will upload it.
Copyright will only be a issue if I use someone else's music with I wont be
doing. I would only type in one YouTube “non copyright music” to avoid
copyright. I will use another person for the podcast and I will get there
permission in writing.
