Gathered and fulfilled thirty-five concepts of operation for five US Army Special Forces teams in support of both
independent and Afghanistan partnered operations in for Operation Resolute Support. Input concept of operation
information for use by intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance assets in order to collect in support of the Special Forces
teams and partner forces to clear white space. In a coordinated effort to put the collection plans together collaborated with
intelligence analysts, targets personnel, and operations personnel to gather asmuch information for input to Non-Traditional
Airborne ISR requests such as Light Detection and Ranging data, HLZ and route analysis studies, imagery, SIGINT and
Counter-IED information. Utilized Full Motion Video to analyze route analysis and Pattern of Life information in support
of teams. Using critical thinking through requesting various ISR collection means and critical analysis of the returns that
came back from collected data prior to distributing to customer to fulfill requirements. Additionally, gathered information
from Palantir regarding White Targeting information on local and provincial leadership and sharedwith intelligence analysts
and targeting personnel.

Scheduled 250 daily Airborne ISR assets and made sure that the assets were on station, on time and within operations areas
for NATO Special Operations teams operating in Logar Province. Through bidding for assets to ISAF SOF, utilized by
subordinated units and either controlled by myself or the lower echelon unit. Utilized Critical analysis and thinking in
requesting Full Motion Video to analyze route analysis and Pattern of Life information for IED detection and Pattern of
Life information. Built ISR SITREPS for use by local and ISAF SOF leadership in order to track daily usage of higher
echelon owned assets. Put in 25 AD HOC requirements for short to no-notice operations by lower echelon teams.
ISR Collection Manager, SOTF-SE, ISSA, Valorous, Inc. –FOB Shank, Afghanistan May-Sept 2014
Scheduled 990 Daily Organic Airborne ISR assets for use by subordinate units in Special Operations Task Force-South
East. Provided Airborne ISR support to 500 Combat Operations in support of SOTF-SE independent and partnered
operations. Bid daily for Theater Level ISR assets through Combined Joint Special Operations Task Force under
ISAF/NATOSOFUnits. Coordinated 332 Requirements in to Collection for customers in need of ISR AssetsandCollection
Platforms. Utilized FMV to assist in development of route analysis and pattern of life information in support of teams.
Informed local and distant leadership of shortfalls in ISR collected or assigned to subordinate units. Through the use of
critical thinking and analysis in pre-planning of operations provided organic, theater and national level products to
customer’s pre and post mission to satisfy requirements. Pre-mission display of mission related activity and terrain
information on Google Earth Pro, post mission download of mission results from UNICORN or GETS. Ensured that all
SOTF-SE operations had dedicated Airborne ISR coverage which directly contributed to the removal of 240 enemy fighters
from the battlefield. Analysis of both Special Operations Task Force missions and NATO partner missions in support of
ISAF NATO Directives in accordance with ISAF NSOCC Guidance and Directives. As a result of efforts to support
NAVSPECWARFARE teams,was recognized twice with a letter of recognition and coined by the Commander of SOTF-

Intelligence analyst and lead enlisted manager for a 7 man intelligence analysis team made up of enlisted and officers,
researched,analyzed, and disseminated information regarding the insurgent activity, IED incidents, and built and passed to
the Ground Liaison Officer (GLO), intelligence and target data for Battalion and Brigade-level intelligence throughout
Afghanistan. Utilized link and nodal analysis to analyze where IED and aircrew lazing incidents were coming from or being
conducted by adversary forces. Used multi-INT products to develop pattern of life information to pass to combat aircrews
flying missions in support of special and conventional multi-national forces. Additionally, provide intelligence support in
the form of daily intelligence reports, target folders, and briefings to Task Forces on and in the Bagram Air Base Area of
Responsibility. As the Wing Special Security Manager and Operations Security Manager checked 63 clearances and
produced 7 OPSEC violation reports. Coordinated with higher headquarters for security clearances and operation security
improvement, preparing the wing for an inspection, for which received an “Excellent” rating and led to award of Senior

Led a 27-person team of analysts, targets personnel, made up of officer and enlisted with responsibility for daily, weekly,
and monthly intelligence products. Quality checked and proofread, with use of critical thinking and analysis of all products
and trained personnel on analysis of incidents, events and scenarios involving IED, insurgent, counter-insurgent, air –to-air,
air-to-ground, military, political and military equipment employment. Researchedin MIDBfor updates and changesto order
of battle information pertaining to Syria specific missile, ground, and air order of battle data, and electronically displayed
air, ground, naval and missile order of battle data for Syria, in preparation for aircrew deployment to the Middle East.

NCOIC, Intelligence Operations,NATO CAOC-5, Poggio Renatico, Italy Sept 2007 - Sept 2011
NATO, Time Sensitive Target (TST) Intelligence cells during two NATO exercises and in the early stages of Operation
UNIFIED PROTECTOR, with operations in Libya. Orchestrated the ISR collection of targets in order to expedite the
targeting cycle within NATO and 26 partner nations. Utilized during four years at NATO both the NATO and US versions
of the Collection Management Cycle, provided inputs to NATO HQ and US EUCOM regarding recommended changes to
and implementation of changes to the collection cycle without air assets,giving the cycle an information collection cycle
feel. Use of link and nodal and critical thinking and analysis in preparation for operations in Libya for air defense, ISR
collection of imagery and electronic emissions. Collected data was analyzed for air, ground, and naval order of battle
changes on a daily basis and distributed to NATO and partner nations. NATO databases and systems utilized for updating
and sharing with NATO and partner nations. Provided 150 briefings on Russian Political/Military Situation Updates for
CAOC Commander and staff. All-source analysis focus was on Southeast Europe, the Levant, North and Central Africa,
Middle East, Afghanistan, Iraq, Syria, Russia, and NATO Regional Interests.
NCOIC Analysis Training Element, 608 AIS, Barksdale AFB, LA Sept 2005 - Sept 2007
Trained intelligence all-source intelligence analysts the art of critical thinking and analysis on the intelligence cycle,
targeting cycle, ISR collection cycle, matrix, and quantitative and qualitative analysis, as well as dissemination techniques,
from briefing to phone call. Taught trainees on order of battle researchanddisplay on both paper maps and electronic means
such as FalconView, and PowerPoint, based on research,download and inputting daily information in to MIDB and other
local databases shared by the intelligence community and the local intelligence analysts. Input to MIDB came in the form
of China naval and air force changes in location and Russian bomber activity, including changes in levels and in locations
of the bombers at several bases. Additionally, trained analysts on GIS programs and maps and chart reading, plotting,
printing and geographic coordinate conversion techniques. Utilization of link and nodal analysis in identifying political and
military hierarchy, air and air defense layout, naval order of battle and ground communications betweenunits, and hierarchy
of terrorist organizations and relationships betweengroups. Produced 400 Daily Intelligence Briefings given to Commander,

Air Force pertaining to Russian military, political and military equipment updates. Analysis focus was on worldwide
events in a 24-hour intelligence fusion center setting with focus on Afghanistan, Iraq, Terrorism, Russia, China, North

NCOIC, Opposing Forces Intelligence Air, USAFE/WPC, EinsedlerhofAS, Germany Sept 2001 - Sept 2005
Through the use of Joint Conflict and Tactics System, trained US Army personnel from 4 ID, 1 AD and 1 ID in ground
combat and techniques used by insurgents in Iraq and Afghanistan. Training was done prior to large groups or Divisions
went on deployment. Ground combat training included IED and Counter IED, Insurgent and Counter-Insurgent, Air
Operations Center integration. Using the intelligence, targeting and ISR cycles, trained Army and Air Force personnel how
to submit an RFI and how the RFI fit in to the Collection cycle. Familiar with areas of the targeting cycle in order to fill
target folders with imagery and target information, also built and uploaded all target, adversary and friendly air and air
defense forces. Tapped in to all-source intelligence products in order to build overall picture of orders of battle to snapshot
for inclusion in Army and Air Force exercises.Usedlink pattern analysis for integrated air defense systems, air, and ground,
naval and electronic order of battle to integrate in to exercise, plans and processes. Downloaded adversary order of battle
data from MIDB and HQ USAFE databases in order to mimic real world order of battle and tactics, techniques and
procedures to give the customer a semi-real world environment in which to conduct offensive and defensive operations
against. Provided 300 GEOINT and INTEL Analysis products in support of EUCOM Partnership for Peace initiatives
focused on Russia/Eurasia to internal and external Commanding Officers and Staff. Analysis focus was on Southeast
Europe, the Levant, Africa, Middle East, Terrorism, and Eastern Europe.

Used Microsoft Excel to establish first ever map and chart database, archiving hard copy and digital map products from
National Geospatial Intelligence Agency and Fort Bragg Map Facility. Developed use of FalconView as a mission display
tool for training, exercise and real-world operations, displayed such things as missile, air, ground and naval order of battle,
pulled from HQ PACOM,and MIDB for all of the Pacific Command AOR, specifically North Koreanmissile order of battle
information pulled from MIDB and PACOM databases. Analyzed Pacific Command Area of Responsibility, utilizing
multiple sources (CIA, DIA, DoD, and National Agencies), in order to build daily analysis products to be include on a
collateral classified website. Performed weekly North Korean ground, naval, air, and missile familiarity and recognition
briefings for Flight Weekly Training Sessions and Squadron and Wing Leadership stand up meetings. Researched,analyzed,
produced, and disseminated through briefings intelligence information to Security Forces deployable personnel in support
of Phoenix Raven Security Forces teams. All-source analysis focus was on North Korea, China, and US National Security
issues in the PACOM AOR.
Korea All-Source Fusion Center Analyst, 607 AIS/IN, Osan AB, South Korea Mar 1998-May1999
Promptly identified significant activity, through critical analysis, threatening United Nations flights into the Korean Joint
Security Area through all-source intelligence means, through research, utilized critical thinking and prepared all-source
analytical support for area analysis and coordinated imagery support for briefing to operational commanders and staff.
Enhanced Theater Missile Defense element by performing long and short-term investigation of North Korean missile
movement activities, lauded for on target link analysis of theater missile defense forces and timely informative all-source
analysis and inputs to senior decision makers. Researched MIDB and local in-country databases and input updates to order

Coordinated with Chief of Intelligence Systems for maintenance, training, administration, and security of all automated
intelligence systems in support of 31st Fighter Wing operations during high operations tempo. As UNIX Systems
Administrator for daily maintenance and troubleshooting required to ensure Sentinel Byte Local Area Network, wing
imagery server, Constant Source, and Linked Operations-Intelligence Center-Europe were maintained at the highest state
of readiness in support of EUCOM/USAFE intelligence system requirements. Provided 1,000 imagery products to 31st
Operations Group and 12 deployed units supporting contingency operations during Operation DENY FLIGHT. All-Source
intelligence analysis of Southeastern Europe with a focus on the Balkans region for political, military, economic and trade
for indications of instability in any of the areas covered. Posted daily air, ground and naval Order of Battle to large paper
map displays, pulled from MIDB and JAC Molesworth databases, for the Balkan region for use by combat pilots and Wing

All-source intelligence analyst in dual-hatted 24-hour Indications and Warning Centerfor USTransportation Command and
Air Mobility Command covering North African countries. Reviewed and plotted daily air, ground and naval Order of Battle
updates pulled from MIDB, input MIDB updates of locations of Surface to Air Missile systems based on daily message
traffic from ELINT,SIGINT, and HUMINT sources. Displayed results of MIDB research and input on paper map displays

Authored corporate white paper for improved business processes and support to deployed warfighters and staff in regards to ongoing Airborne Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) operations. White paper highlighted improved processes all within budgetary constraints with potential cost savings while improving support to the customer. ISR Collection Planner, AOB-Central, ISS-A, Valorous Inc. – FOB Dahlke,Afghanistan Dec 2014 – Jul 2015 Gathered and fulfilled thirty-five concepts of operation for five US Army Special Forces teams in support of both independent and Afghanistan partnered operations in for Operation Resolute Support. Input concept of operation information for use by intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance assets in order to collect in support of the Special Forces teams and partner forces to clear white space. In a coordinated effort to put the collection plans together collaborated with intelligence analysts, targets personnel, and operations personnel to gather asmuch information for input to Non-Traditional Airborne ISR requests such as Light Detection and Ranging data, HLZ and route analysis studies, imagery, SIGINT and Counter-IED information. Utilized Critical analysis and thinking in requesting Full Motion Video to analyze route analysis and Pattern of Life information for IED detection and Pattern of Life information. Built ISR SITREPS for use by local and ISAF SOF leadership in order to track daily usage of higher echelon owned assets. Put in 25 AD HOC requirements for short to no-notice operations by lower echelon teams. ISR Collection Manager, SOTF-SE, ISSA, Valorous, Inc. –FOB Shank, Afghanistan May-Sept 2014 Scheduled 990 Daily Organic Airborne ISR assets for use by subordinate units in Special Operations Task Force-South East. Provided Airborne ISR support to 500 Combat Operations in support of SOTF-SE independent and partnered operations. Bid daily for Theater Level ISR assets through Combined Joint Special Operations Task Force under ISAF/NATOSOFUnits. Coordinated 332 Requirements in to Collection for customers in need of ISR AssetsandCollection Platforms. Utilized FMV to assist in development of route analysis and pattern of life information in support of teams. Informed local and distant leadership of shortfalls in ISR collected or assigned to subordinate units. Through the use of critical thinking and analysis in pre-planning of operations provided organic, theater and national level products to customer’s pre and post mission to satisfy requirements. Ensured that all SOTF-SE operations had dedicated Airborne ISR coverage which directly contributed to the removal of 240 enemy fighters from the battlefield. Quality checked and proofread, with use of critical thinking and analysis of all products and trained personnel on analysis of incidents, events and scenarios involving IED, insurgent, counter-insurgent, air –to-air, air-to-ground, military, political and military equipment employment. Orchestrated the ISR collection of targets in order to expedite the targeting cycle within NATO and 26 partner nations. Utilized during four years at NATO both the NATO and US versions of the Collection Management Cycle, provided inputs to NATO HQ and US EUCOM regarding recommended changes to and implementation of changes to the collection cycle without air assets,giving the cycle an information collection cycle feel. NCOIC Analysis Training Element, 608 AIS, Barksdale AFB, LA Sept 2005 - Sept 2007 Trained intelligence all-source intelligence analysts the art of critical thinking and analysis on the intelligence cycle, targeting cycle, ISR collection cycle, matrix, and quantitative and qualitative analysis, as well as dissemination techniques, from briefing to phone call. Taught trainees on order of battle researchanddisplay on both paper maps and electronic means such as FalconView, and PowerPoint, based on research,download and inputting daily information in to MIDB and other local databases shared by the intelligence community and the local intelligence analysts. Input to MIDB came in the form of China naval and air force changes in location and Russian bomber activity, including changes in levels and in locations of the bombers at several bases. Additionally, trained analysts on GIS programs and maps and chart reading, plotting, printing and geographic coordinate conversion techniques. Utilization of link and nodal analysis in identifying political and military hierarchy, air and air defense layout, naval order of battle and ground communications betweenunits, and hierarchy of terrorist organizations and relationships betweengroups. NCOIC, Opposing Forces Intelligence Air, USAFE/WPC, EinsedlerhofAS, Germany Sept 2001 - Sept 2005 Through the use of Joint Conflict and Tactics System, trained US Army personnel from 4 ID, 1 AD and 1 ID in ground combat and techniques used by insurgents in Iraq and Afghanistan. Training was done prior to large groups or Divisions went on deployment. Ground combat training included IED and Counter IED, Insurgent and Counter-Insurgent, Air Operations Center integration. Using the intelligence, targeting and ISR cycles, trained Army and Air Force personnel how to submit an RFI and how the RFI fit in to the Collection cycle.
