PERSONAL STATEMENT
I am a hardworking, methodical person, who is very reliable and easy to get along with. I have
a good work ethic and I work well within a team environment, equally I maintain my work rate
easily under my own initiative. I have a good eye for detail and a willingness to learn new skills.
I am very comfortable communicating effectively with colleagues, customers and clients on all
levels. I have obtained my BOSIET with HUET and CA- EBS, MIST and Norweigan Escape Chute
qualifications through Survivex in Aberdeen through self sponsorship along with passing the
OGUK offshore medical which was carried out by Abermed again through self sponsorship. I
wazs currently on the GDF Cygnus Alpha Hook-up project with AmecFW. I first started as a
General Assistant were I was promoted to Materials Storeman.

I have worked within the transport trade for 20 years undertaking repairs on a wide
range of light and heavy mechanical vehicles, I have performed well in the roles I
have attained, from a workshop technician working to tight deadlines to workshop
controller maintaining records and encouraging the team to perform tasks to the

Job Description - I was currently on the GDF Cygnus Alpha Hook-up project with AmecFW.
I first started as a General Assistant were my duties were as detailed below.
Sentry duties
Fire watching
General housekeeping
Assisting black trades as required with various work scopes
Assisting Electricians as required with various work scopes
Assisting materials department with day to day duties
over the side watch
Light maintainance of platforms diesel compressors
Construction/deconstruction of habitats
I was promoted to Materials Storeman in December 2015
My duties as storeman include but are not restricted to.
Daily running and control of 10 stores ( containers ).
Handing out of various tools and equiptment as required.
Carrying out stock checks to maintain stock levels.
Mainifesting containers and unpacking them when boats are offloaded.
