Esta norma tiene por objeto establecer métodos para determinar:

Procedimiento de
campo
Tipos de generadores:
• Viviendas
• Unidades multifamiliares
• Hoteles
• Escuelas
• Comercios (por giro establecido)
• Hospitales
• Centros comerciales
• Etc.
Este parámetro se obtiene con base en la
generación promedio de residuos
sólidos por unidad
• Unidad: Ksi g/unidad/día
• Duración: 8 días para cada tipo de
generadores
6. Tamaño de la premuestra “n”
Donde:
n = tamaño de la premuestra
z = percentil de la distribución normal, para
el nivel de confianza deseado
d = desviación estándar poblacional, la
cual deberá ser estimada u obtenida con
base en un premuestreo, se expresará Kg.
/unidad/día
E = error muestral en Kg/unidad/día, varía
entre un 10 % y 15 % de la desviación
estándar poblacional
Se obtiene aplicando la siguiente expresión:
Evaluación de resultados
● Calcular el promedio de generación de
residuos per cápita”, de los 7 datos
obtenidos durante el periodo de
muestreo.
● Obtener una serie de “n” valores
promedio, 1 por cada instalación
generadora de residuos.
● Ordenarlo de la siguiente forma:
X1 < X2 < X3 < ……… < Xi < ……… < Xn-1 < Xn
Donde: Xi = promedio por instalación,
de los 7 valores diarios de la
generación, obtenidos durante el
período de muestreo.
7. Método de cuarteo
IMPORTANTE: El cuarteo se debe realizar el
mismo dia de la recolección de los residuos,
con un personal mínimo de 3 personas
Evaluación de resultados

Recolectar en bolsas de polietileno
(máximo 250 bolsas)
2do paso
Vaciar en forma de montón sobre un
área techada y plana de 4m por 4m
de cemento pulido o similar.
