Management Features - Document Repository, Polls, Online Maintenance Requests, Message Templates, Asset Tracker, etc. Accounting Features - Due Tracker, Expense Tracker, Reports. Send emails / sms reminders to members for timely payment of dues. It can be used by the whole apartment community.
