PROGRAMME OVERVIEW
Phase 1 - Identifying the goals for leadership reputation.
One individual coaching session (1 hour) to establish your core goals
for developing reputation.
Phase 2 – Engaging with your reputation qualities now
5 x (1.5 hour) telephone group coaching sessions, once a week. Each session explores
your key reputation qualities and strengths:
Session 1. Seen and Understood. Learn how and where to put your energy so that
you have the impact that you would like to have
Session 2. Different & Trusted
Phase 3 – Developing A Strong Reputation
Session 3. Create; Perform; Deliver Create action and impact through positivity,
possibility and invitation, know how to create positive relationships in all environments.
Session 4. Care; Belong. Have and hold meaningful engagement with others,
amplify your values
Session 5. Lead; Develop Your Personal Brand. Be comfortable bringing all your
unique attributes across all aspects of personal and professional life.
WHEN
Individual coaching sessions will be set up with you directly upon enrolment.
Group sessions for this programme will take place on Tuesdays, 7.30 am to 9.00 am via

Will is a partner of Reputation Consultancy.
As a coach, researcher, collaborator,
strategic thinker and systems specialist,
Will works across the public and private
sectors. With a focus on engaged research
around the themes of sustainability and
resilience, his international track record
of high impact research has involved
working with a wide range of people from
different organisational settings including
professionals from health and social care,
local, regional and national and European
government, NGOs, SME’s and utilities
companies. An experienced facilitator
and coach, he is described by participants
